Delete your AllergyID account
Deleting your account permanently removes your account, all allergy profiles, scan history and subscription records from our systems. This cannot be undone.
Option 1 — from the app
- Open AllergyID and sign in
- Go to Settings
- Choose Delete account and confirm
Option 2 — from the web
Sign in to your account page and choose Delete account.
Need help?
If you cannot access your account, email allergyid@allergyid.app from the address you registered with and we will delete the account for you within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your user account and login credentials
- All allergy profiles, including family member profiles
- Scan history and activity logs
- Subscription and entitlement records held by AllergyID
App-store subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google — cancel them in your App Store / Google Play subscription settings. See our privacy policy for details on data handling.
