Users under 13 must have their account created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account for a minor, you represent that you are their parent or legal guardian with authority to agree to these Terms on their behalf.
The Free plan includes basic features: 1 profile, up to 3 languages, and basic export options.
Premium and Family plans are paid subscriptions offering additional features. By subscribing, you agree to:
New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. You will be charged after the trial ends unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime during the trial without charge.
You may cancel your subscription anytime through:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to premium features until then.
AllergyID and all content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You retain ownership of content you create (allergy profiles, photos, notes). By using AllergyID, you grant us a license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service.
Your use of AllergyID is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
You are responsible for ensuring that allergy information you enter is accurate and up-to-date. We are not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated information.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
AllergyID and its creators, employees, and partners SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
